Meet Delmar Johnson of HR Brain for Hire!  Delmar is a native Tennessean, a HR professional by vocation and an entrepreneur at heart evolved through life’s lessons and sixteen plus years of human resources experience.

During the course of those HR years, Delmar acquired her Masters Degree in Organizational Management and acquired experience in the areas of recruitment and staffing, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development, training, legal compliance and HR project management. As the Founder of HR Brain for Hire, she decided to take her human resources experience, to the “Small Business Back Office” providing support to the startup and the growing small business not yet ready for a full-time HR Department.

• The Career Services Division focuses on Career Readiness Workshop (currently administered under the name WIM (Workforce in Motion)) Academy and Career Consulting Services.
