Memories of Thanksgiving...

Growing up, one of the best memories of Thanksgiving was Dad cracking a fresh coconut. He would carefully drill two holes in the coconut to "save the milk" but, honestly, I don't ever remember what we did with the coconut milk. There were five of us kids and we all liked meat and potatoes, but coconut milk was never served at Thanksgiving.
