Dad would patiently chip away at the brown shell and put the white chunks of coconut in a bowl for us to grate. Grating was pretty easy until you got down to…

We are coming into a time of year to reflect and be thankful for all that we have in our lives. For some, however, this is a difficult time due to some loss they have experienced. Take time to call someone and share some of your time with them. They will be grateful and you will feel really good about it.

Options for Internet Access on the Road
Access to the Internet is essential to road warriors who need to do research, edit documents and presentations, send e-mail or set up meetings on the fly. Fortunately, there are a number of ways to stay connected to the Internet while away from office and home. Whenever we talk about effective marketing we have to also talk about KPI’s (key performance indicator’s) which are something you need to intrinsically understand to be highly successful in marketing.
Most small business owners, like most people, foolishly play darts with their eyes closed. Hitting the bull’s-eye can be difficult enough. Why make it harder than it needs to be? The first step in the marketing process is to clarify what you want to accomplish.
Many…

I had a great time today at the open house. This was a wonderful experience and I can not thank the the small business community enough for coming out and having such great attitudes. I met alot of great people who I feel we can help and support one another directly and indirectly. Just to name a few ( Tony Gattas, Clarence, Dave Barger, Mary Ann, Kris Wilson, Patricia McKinney, Ramesh Basa, David Gold, Dallas Hensley, and Wayne Anderson). I look forward to another met and greet so with that,…

How to fly with Holiday Gifts
Holiday season travel is wonderful, especially when it reunites you with family and friends (or your favorite tropical beach or ski area). However, since so many people travel during the holidays, airport security checkpoint lines tend to grow longer than usual. That’s in part because holiday season also brings out less experienced travelers, who may not be aware of the latest security requirements or realize that many common gift items are not allowed in…

You better believe it.
”When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that, my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation.”
