Internship

BOCI Internship program partnered with National College of Business and Technology-Memphis is designed to offer educational projects to college interns who aspire to excel in their profession or become a business owner in their own right.

Our team of Business Professionals work to insure proper training along with promotion for each intern skill set. While preparing interns for the "real world" of business we also spotlight their strengths before BOCI members who may be interested in a new hire.

Upon completion of each internship term BOCI hosts a graduation honoring the service of each individual intern as our program is educational based only; on the job training and life skill driven.

At BOCI our goal is to promote, inspire and develop college students into trail blazers within their profession, community and/or abroad.

I beleive connecting with all seasons businesses can troubleshoot issues seasonal organizations face such as limited labor and income during inclimate weather. I did not realize the devastating effect rain brings for landscapers. Hopefully they were able to connect at The Grassroots Seminar and recieved consultation.
