Career Branding University is the brain child of two small business owners. Together they possess more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources along with the compassion to empower the transitional professional and next generation leaders. The information provided will specifically address the misunderstanding that exists between employees, potential employees and the expectations of corporate America.

The Program:

The mind shift program will provide professionals with the skills needed to obtain and secure their place in Corporate America. The program is comprised of eight modules. Offered as a 4 hour or 8 hour workshop, each module contains suggested activities developed to increase individual involvement in the learning process. The format is designed to assess participant problems or areas of concern. Once prevalent concerns or problems have been determined, potential solutions will be uncovered through group discussion. The workshop modules deal with participants’ self-evaluation of occupational abilities and liabilities; developing job expectations; completing resumes; discovering jobs in the local area; completing applications; determining how to market your skills and who to market them to, and developing interviewing techniques that appeal to the employer.
